ESP Project Announces Digital S&T Working Agreement With CircleBlue

Digital S&T, Parent company of the ESP Project and CircleBlue d.o.o. have entered into an agreement to collaborate on bringing crypto currency payments and points reward systems to CircleBlue’s Electronic Cash Register platform for new projects in East Africa.

The synergy between the two companies is obvious. The ECR network provides an ideal platform to offer crypto currency digital payments using the E$P Utility Token. This is essential for enabling the population of developing nations in utilizing digital payments from a smart phone when many do not hold a bank account.

Using the E$P Token also allows merchants to offer a points reward system where users would be able to redeem points at any merchant that has an enabled networked ECR.

Merchants can also act as currency exchanges and earn additional revenue for providing that service while making the Token available country wide.

Initially CircleBlue and Digital S&T will focus on new deployments in the EAC including Burundi, Kenya, Rwanda, South Sudan, Tanzania and Uganda.
